A Associação Empresarial de Caçador (Acic) promoveu no mês
de abril o primeiro módulo do Programa de Gestão e Vivência Empresarial (PGVE),
reunindo mais de 50 empresários e profissionais de Caçador em encontros mensais
na Uniarp.
Neste mês de maio quem esteve em Caçador para o segundo
módulo foi o professor Ulysses Reys para ministrar as aulas abordando
“Estratégia Empresarial” e também proferir a palestra do café da manhã do
segundo dia, realizada no auditório da Acic, sobre “Como a Simplificação
contribui para o sucesso”.
O PGVE é destinado para empresários, executivos, sucessores,
empreendedores e gestores, para qualquer pessoa que realize a gestão de um
negócio ou mesmo de um setor de uma organização. A capacitação estratégica é
desenvolvida em parceria com a Federação das Associações Empresariais de Santa
Catarina (Facisc), Fundação Empreender e a UniSociesc.
Os encontros do Programa de Gestão e Vivência Empresarial
são realizados sempre em dois dias e para o mês de junho a turma caçadorense
receberá nos dias 18 e 19 o professor Marcos Bonifácio, que conduzirá o
terceiro módulo com o tema “Sustentabilidade no Negócio” e ainda a palestra do
café da manhã abordando “Dificuldades para sucessão familiar”.
