A história, estrutura e as atividades desenvolvidas pelo
Tiro de Guerra 05-006 foram evidenciadas nesta semana na Câmara de Vereadores
de Caçador durante o espaço do Palavra Livre. As informações foram repassadas
pelo sargento Davi Barbosa da Rocha, Comandante do Tiro de Guerra, a convite do
Vereador Clayton Luiz Zanella (União Brasil).
Segundo ele, desde a sua criação, o Tiro de Guerra de
Caçador já formou mais de 4700 cabos e soldados da reserva, e que além de
propiciar a prestação do serviço militar inicial, este órgão tem como um dos
objetivos centrais formar cidadãos conscientes dos seus direitos e deveres na
sociedade em que estão inseridos.
“O Tiro de Guerra
consiste, portanto, em centro de formação das futuras lideranças comunitárias e
municipais. Quando recebemos estes jovens, o foco do trabalho está voltado a
uma série de instruções voltadas à cidadania, patriotismo e vários outros
valores que os preparam não apenas para a defesa territorial, mas para diversos
auxílios à comunidade”, disse o comandante.
O vereador Clayton Zanella lembrou que em Santa Catarina são
apenas três Tiros de Guerra instalados e que Caçador tem o privilégio de contar
com uma unidade. “Vemos a importância do Exército presente em muitos momentos,
sendo evidenciados com a presença constante na comunidade em situações de
auxílio devido a intempéries climáticas, campanhas sociais e educativas, além
de outras demandas em que os atiradores estão sempre à disposição para
auxiliar. É preciso enaltecer e valorizar as ações aqui realizadas com
excelência e compromisso com a cidadania, com o nosso país, especialmente com
Caçador”, finalizou.
