A abertura oficial do 18º Enfrute - Encontro Nacional sobre
Fruticultura de Clima Temperado e 2º Semco – Seminário Catarinense de
Olericultura, na próxima terça-feira, 23 de julho, no Parque da Maçã, em
Fraiburgo, será marcada por homenagens. Nesta edição, quatro nomes serão
reconhecidos pelos significativos trabalhos em prol se setor de frutas e
hortaliças.
Os homenageados do Enfrute são Gilmar Arduino Bettio
Marodin, professor da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul e Marise
Vicelli, servidora da Estação Experimental de Caçador, da Epagri. Já os
homenageados do Semco são: Giovani Moraes, produtor de cebola de Lebon Régis e
Sigfried Muller, pesquisador aposentado da Estação Experimental de Caçador, da
Epagri.
Para o coordenador do Enfrute, Leandro Hahn, as homenagens
são justas e reconhecem a contribuição de cada um dos nomes à fruticultura e
olericultura brasileira. “As homenagens são tradicionais em todas as edições do
Enfrute e esse ano temos nomes importantes para valorizar. Desde produtor até
pesquisador, mas todos com algo em comum que é a dedicação pelo trabalho e pelo
setor”, comenta Hahn.
Além das homenagens, a abertura oficial do Enfrute, às 19h,
deverá contar com a presença de autoridades. Vale lembrar que o evento inicia
antes, às 8h20, com palestras, apresentação de trabalhos técnico e uma grande
feira do setor de frutas e hortaliças, com exposição do que tem de mais
inovador em máquinas, tecnologias e serviços.
Os eventos são organizados e promovidos pela Estação
Experimental de Caçador da Epagri, Prefeitura de Fraiburgo, Uniarp e Associação
dos Engenheiros Agrônomos de Caçador (Aeac), com patrocínio do Crea-SC e
Confea. O tema central do evento é a valorização da ciência brasileira para a
produção de frutas e hortaliças, em busca de uma produção cada vez mais
competitiva.
