A Câmara Municipal de Caçador aprovou nesta terça-feira, 10,
por unanimidade e em segunda votação, o Projeto de Lei que dispõe sobre a
delimitação das Áreas Urbanas Consolidadas (AUC) e que define as faixas
marginais de rios e córregos nestes espaços, bem como as áreas de preservação
permanentes e não edificáveis no município.
A aprovação se deu após a participação coletiva de
engenheiros e profissionais de outras áreas interessadas, além de
representantes do Poder Executivo e vereadores, que criaram um grupo de estudo
para fazer as adequações necessárias para que o projeto pudesse estar apto à
votação, depois da análise técnica das Comissões Pertinentes da Casa.
A matéria recebeu duas emendas modificativas, que também
foram aprovadas por unanimidade. A primeira, de autoria dos membros da Comissão
de Legislação e Justiça manteve a área de preservação em 15 metros às margens
dos Rios do Peixe e Caçador, mas excluiu desta metragem os córregos do
perímetro urbano e de Taquara Verde, que passam a ter área mínima de 5 metros.
A segunda, de autoria
da Comissão de Urbanismo, Meio Ambiente e Infraestrutura, reduziu o prazo para
elaboração de legislação específica para casos anterior à Lei do Diagnóstico
Socioambiental aprovada em 2021, de 360 dias para 120 dias.
Vale ressaltar que as alterações aprovadas passam a vigorar
a partir da publicação da Lei, ou seja, às áreas já consolidadas às margens dos
rios e córregos se manterão nas condições atuais.
