Na tarde desta quinta-feira, 24, os colaboradores da Unimed
Caçador participaram de mais um momento de capacitação com foco no cliente. O
evento foi conduzido pelo instrutor Jairo Viebrantz Neto, que trouxe uma ampla
reflexão sobre atendimento, relacionamento e comunicação.
Durante o encontro, que durou duas horas, os participantes
foram envolvidos em dinâmicas interativas e tiveram a oportunidade de aprimorar
suas habilidades de comunicação no ambiente da cooperativa. O palestrante
destacou a importância dos quatro tipos de comunicação – verbal, não verbal,
escrita e visual – ressaltando o impacto de cada uma no relacionamento com os
clientes. "Nós temos quatro tipos de comunicação: verbal, não verbal,
escrita e visual. E trazer este olhar a todas essas comunicações faz com que as
pessoas percebam o quanto a comunicação é presente em nossas ações; até mesmo o
silêncio é uma forma de comunicar," refletiu Jairo.
Para o presidente da Unimed Caçador, Dr. Nelson Dallagnol de
Souza, esses momentos de capacitação são essenciais para fortalecer o
compromisso da cooperativa com a excelência no atendimento. "A cada
capacitação, reafirmamos nossa dedicação em oferecer um atendimento de
qualidade. Essas oportunidades nos fazem refletir sobre a forma como nos
comunicamos e nos relacionamos com nossos clientes, sempre buscando a melhoria
contínua," destacou Dr. Nelson.
A coordenadora de Recursos Humanos, Claudia Zapani, também
reforçou a importância desses momentos para o desenvolvimento dos
colaboradores. "Investir em capacitações como essa é fundamental para
fortalecer o relacionamento entre equipe e cliente. É por meio de ações como
esta que garantimos que nossos colaboradores estejam sempre alinhados com os
princípios da Unimed e preparados para prestar o melhor atendimento,"
afirmou Claudia.
