Na manhã desta quarta-feira, 16, um casal foi preso em
flagrante, em Caçador, na posse de objetos furtados de uma organização
religiosa. A prisão ocorreu após diligências realizadas pela Polícia Militar (PM)
desde o dia anterior.
Segundo a polícia, o furto ocorreu em uma comunidade
católica destinada à recuperação de dependentes químicos. No mesmo dia, um
cartão de crédito que havia sido furtado foi utilizado para realizar uma compra
no centro da cidade.
Desde então, a PM realizou diligências e conseguiu
identificar um veículo Gol, de cor prata, que foi utilizado pelos suspeitos. A
polícia também levantou imagens de videomonitoramento que flagraram um homem
realizando uma compra com o cartão furtado.
Diante dessas informações, uma guarnição da PM que realizava
rondas pelo bairro Martello localizou o veículo suspeito na manhã desta
quarta-feira. O motorista desobedeceu à ordem de parada e tentou fugir, mas foi
abordado.
No carro, a polícia recuperou alguns dos objetos furtados,
sendo cartões de crédito e de débito, documentos pessoais e um aparelho
celular.
O casal que estava no carro foi ouvido e prestou depoimentos
contraditórios. O homem, de 39 anos, e sua esposa, de 34, foram conduzidos à
Delegacia de Polícia Civil para serem tomadas as providências cabíveis.
As vítimas do furto foram identificadas e informadas sobre a
recuperação dos seus pertences.
