A Federação de Consórcios, Associações e Municípios de Santa
Catarina (Fecam), preocupada com a continuação dos repasses do Plano 1000 aos
municípios, se reuniu com o governador eleito Jorginho Mello para buscar um
diálogo. No último dia 11, a entidade esteve com o Ministério Público de Santa
Catarina (MPSC) para entender a recomendação de suspensão das transferências
especiais.
O governador eleito se comprometeu a ouvir a entidade e a
buscar uma solução jurídica para a continuação do Plano. “Eu li a decisão do
Ministério Público e nós vamos ver o que fazer para ajustar. Temos que tentar
fazer de forma legal. Nós vamos tratar essa questão com respeito. Vamos
analisar, a partir de janeiro, o que precisamos mudar para continuar com a
execução”, afirmou Jorginho.
“A Fecam se preocupou com a determinação do Ministério
Público e entende que o Plano 1000 deve ter uma outra roupagem. Queremos
tranquilizar os prefeitos, pois até o dia 31 de dezembro, o Governo deve manter
o programa. Para o ano que vem, vamos trabalhar para que ele continue
existindo”, frisou o prefeito de Orleans e presidente da Fecam, Jorge Luiz
Koch.
O MPSC recomendou ao governo que suspendesse as
transferências especiais autorizadas pela Emenda Constitucional 81/2021. O
órgão avalia que o modelo é inconstitucional e dificulta a fiscalização dos
recursos utilizados. Em 11 de novembro, a Fecam foi recebida pelo
procurador-geral de Justiça, Fernando Comin, para tratar do assunto. Na época,
o chefe do MPSC disse que o órgão não pretende inviabilizar
obras em andamento.
